A: All shirts are made of 100% heavyweight cotton.
Q: How much do the shirts shrink?
A: It all depends on the size of the shirt to begin with and the settings on your washer and dryer. On average, shirts shrink between 1"-3" in the chest.
Q: Are the shirts a women's/men's cut?
A: The shirts are unisex, so check the measurements carefully before choosing your size. And if you are looking for a shirt with a more feminine cut, don't forget to check out our selection of babydolls!
Q: How do I pick a print color?
A: Designs can be printed in the following colors on most black t-shirts and tote bags: Bleached Bone White, Pin Up Pink, and Schizo Gray. Just select the print color from the pull-down menu listed on each item page.
Q: What t-shirts colors are available?
A: All designs are available on three t-shirt colors - black, deep sea blue, and army green. The army green and deep sea blue t-shirts are only printed in white and come in adult sizes only.

A: The hoodies are made from a super heavyweight 80/20 cotton/poly blend.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are only accepted on defective items, so please check the measurements and description carefully. If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, please email us within 5 days after receipt so that we can make arrangements to ship you the correct item. Please note that we do not accept returns on items purchased from our Clearance section, as they are sold on an "as is" basis.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept payments made through PayPal and via check or money order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still make credit and debit card payments without opening an account. Payment must be received within 7 days or your order will be cancelled. If you choose to pay via check, your order will be held until your check clears (up to 10 days).

Q: Do you do custom/bulk orders?
A: We are not currently accepting any new wholesale accounts, however customers are welcome to make orders of any size through our store. Please email us with a bit of information about your store and what you are interested in purchasing, and we'll get back to you with pricing information. Although we'd love to accommodate customers who wish to purchase custom items, we simply aren't set up for it. Sorry!
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Enter the tracking number of the order whose status you wish to view in the box at the top of this page and click the "Go!" button.
Q: I forgot my password. What do I do?
A: Click the "Lost Password" link near the top of the page and follow the listed instructions. Make sure you enter the same information that you entered when you started your account to retrieve your password.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: All orders are generally shipped within 2 business days. A shipping confirmation will be sent once your package is shipped. We will contact you to let you know if your package will be delayed for any reason.

A: Below is the rate chart for domestic shipping (within the US). Packages shipped via "Standard" shipping will be sent through USPS First Class Mail or Parcel Post (depending on the size of the package). Packages shipped via "Priority" shipping will be sent through USPS Priority Mail (and will receive expedited processing). The prices below reflect shipping costs for retail sales only. Shipping for wholesale orders will be calculated on a case by case basis.
